Today, Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP), a non-profit
organization that supports and promotes the redevelopment, vitality, and economic growth of the
greater Downtown area, announced its plans to relocate their office to the 500W building this fall.
The 7,000+ square foot office space will occupy a portion of the 12th floor of the newly renovated
building located on the corner of 5th and Jefferson. LDP’s new office will accommodate 9 offices, 2
workstations, flexible meeting spaces, a conference room, and research library. The new space will
provide LDP with an improved workspace to help facilitate internal and external collaboration.
“As a voice for all Downtown stakeholders, it is critical to our mission to stay centrally located in the
Downtown footprint and engaged in our core,” said Rebecca Fleischaker, executive director of LDP.
“The new space will provide us more visibility and access and will give us great collaborative spaces
and the ability to meet with community partners, businesses, and developers in-house.”Today, Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP), a non-profit

The new office space was selected through a committee process which evaluated several different units
in the Downtown area. LDP expects to be in its new office by late October.
“We are excited for LDP to relocate to the new and improved 500W Building,” said Ja Hillebrand,
Chairman and CEO of Stock Yards Bank & Trust and Downtown Development Corporation (DDC)
Board Chair, and Stan Moore, President and Co-owner of MAPS Security and Louisville Downtown
Management District (LDMD) Board Chair. “The new space will better accommodate LDP’s needs and
allow for enhanced services and engagement in the Downtown community.”
500W owner and developer SomeraRoad completed renovations to the office building in 2023. The
refreshed building features an updated exterior and lobby, including a barista parlor and lounge,
flexible meeting spaces, a private tenant amenity floor, rooftop terrace, and a state-of-the-art fitness
center.
“Our team is proud to welcome Louisville Downtown Partnership to 500W,” said Andrew Marchetti,
Senior Vice President, SomeraRoad. “The building has positioned itself not only as an unparalleled
office experience, but as a gathering place for the Louisville community, encouraging connectivity,
innovation, and creativity. LDP will be a fantastic addition.”
LDP’s new address will be 500 W. Jefferson, Suite 1210, Louisville, KY 40202
