Hometown Rising, Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life in Louisville for National Bourbon Heritage Month

National Bourbon Heritage Month is an observance in the United States that calls for a celebration of bourbon as America's "Native Spirit". On August 2, 2007, the US Senate declared September 2007 as "National Bourbon Heritage Month." The resolution calls for all who enjoy bourbon to do so responsibly and in moderation. The bill reinforces the 1964 Act of Congress that declared bourbon "America's Native Spirit" by celebrating the family heritage, tradition and deep-rooted legacy that the bourbon industry contributes to the US and Kentucky. Hometown Rising Country Music & Bourbon Festival will hit Louisville this September as a kickoff to three weeks of music at the Kentucky Exposition Center. The dates of the festivals are: Hometown Rising Country Music & Bourbon Festival: Sept. 14-15 hometownrising.com. Bourbon & Beyond: Sept. 20-22 https://bourbonandbeyond.com/ Louder Than Life: Sept. 27-29
