Louisville Downtown Partnership: Strengthening and Informing Downtown Louisville

Louisville received the 2015 Event City Award by the International Festivals and Events Association. Part of the excitement includes 70 events in the 2 weeks preceding the annual Kentucky Derby each spring, many of which are in Downtown, including Thunder Over Louisville which drew a crowd of more than 700,000 people in 2016.

Downtown Louisville is experiencing an historic period of revitalization. With 45+ development projects announced or underway, the Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) encourages you to be connected and stay informed of the exciting and ever changing Downtown news. Follow LDPs Traffic Alerts to help navigate Downtown’s construction traffic.

Up-To-Date Downtown Traffic

Stay informed of the latest Downtown construction traffic and upcoming event road closures. LDP also provides a wide variety of other useful maps, including an interactive version of the Downtown construction traffic map.
