Event Description:
Revelry Gallery welcomes Often Seen Rarely Spoken for their gallery show, “The Long Way”!

In between traveling, Often Seen Rarely Spoken has spent the last year in the studio creating a series of paintings centered around transportation- something that has played a huge role in their lives.
While the team often travels for work, they also try to soak up as much life as possible along the way, and the various methods of transportation have made the world feel smaller and more accessible. These machines have allowed the opportunity to experience different places, cultures, and ways of life that otherwise may never have been encountered.

The Long Way can mean taking the backroads. It can mean not always choosing the quickest fix. It can mean canceled flights, wrong turns, unexpected detours, and the occasional mistake that leaves you a day, a week, a month, or even a year behind schedule.

However you define it, allow these paintings to encourage you to get out there, slow down, and stay curious.

Please join us for the opening of “The Long Way” on Friday, July 3rd, from 6-9 pm.
