NEW MUSIC AND MARKET SERIES ANNOUNCED FOR DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE
Happy Hour Event Announced for Spring through Fall
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 29, 2024) – Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) today announced the launch of a new happy hour music and market series in Downtown Louisville.
The market and music series will take place on select Thursdays and Fridays, April through October, at the Fourth Street Plaza, near the corner of S. 4th St. and Jefferson St. Downtown residents, employees, and guests can expect a diverse lineup of musical talents spanning various genres, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
“Downtown Happy Hour is all about bringing people together and celebrating the end of a day and each other,” said Rebecca Fleischaker, executive director of LDP. “We wanted to activate a downtown space with fun and merriment and provide an opportunity to listen to great music and shop local.”
The series will kick off starting on Thursday, April 11, 2024 with DJ sounds by Sound Specialist Stephen Caudill. Additionally, the event area will feature food trucks, beer and special cocktails. Music talent will be kept up to date here.
