Louisville Downtown Partnership announces “2018 Downtown Open House”
Free event will showcase 7 Residential Properties

(LOUISVILLE, KY)–The Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) will hold the 2018 Downtown Open House on Sunday, Oct. 7th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. The check-in point for the event will be at The Residences at Omni, 200 W. Liberty Street, 16th Floor, where attendees will be given a brochure and map to six other residential locations. FREE parking is being sponsored by Riverside Parking in the Starks Garage located at 430 S. Third Street.

“Each year, we are thrilled to showcase the many tremendous residential options available in Downtown Louisville,” said Rebecca Matheny, Executive Director of LDP. “We are expecting a great deal of interest this year due to the new residential units that have opened in Downtown Louisville,” she added. By the end of 2019, Downtown Louisville will increase the number of Downtown market-rate residential units by 39% since the current wave of development starting in mid-2017.

This year’s Downtown Open House will include:

  • 800 Tower City Club Apartments (rental) – 800 South Fourth St.; 286 units; Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom
  • Crescent Centre (rental) – 657 South Third St.; 209 units; 1- and 2-bedroom/2-bedroom Townhouse
  • Fleur de Lis on Main (condos for sale & rental) – 324 East Main St.; 82 units; 2-bedroom
  • Vue at 3rd (rental) – 537 South Third St.; 218 units; Studio and 1-bedroom
  • Main & Clay (rental) – 637 East Main St.; 269 units; Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom/1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom Townhouse
  • 310 Nulu (rental) – 310 South Hancock St.; 173 units; Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom
