Excelerate Workshop: Cultivating Inclusive Spaces

Join us for YPAL’s next Excelerate Workshop – a classroom-style professional development event focused on empowering young professionals to be leaders in the spaces they are in today. YPAL is dedicated to championing inclusion and belonging, and we want to empower you to do the same.

In partnership with Elephant in the Room, we will bring you an interactive workshop focused on cultivating inclusive spaces. Together, we will build empathy, accountability, and shared language. We will learn, discuss, and dive into your questions about how to influence the culture of the organizations you are a part of. You will leave this workshop with sharpened skills to champion inclusion and belonging in the spaces you are in, and strategies to help mitigate bias in the workplace and beyond.
