The Downtown Strategy guides the development of projects in Downtown, using core principles based on the current-day challenges, opportunities, and desires of Downtown stakeholders and the community at large. The ten-year strategy sets forth a vision and suggested implementation projects to spur economic growth in Downtown Louisville and throughout the city.
