9:30am – 2pm:
- Jefferson Street from 2nd Street to 8th Street (access lane to Hyatt parking garage)
- Liberty Street from 6th Street to 8th Street
- 3rd Street from Market Street to Liberty Street
- 4th Street from Market Street to Liberty Street
- 7th Street from Congress Alley to Liberty Street
- 6th Street from Congress Alley to Liberty Street
- 5th Street from Congress Alley to Liberty Street
- 8th Street from Jefferson Street to Liberty Street
9:30am – 5pm:
- Jefferson Street from 4th Street to 2nd Street
