The Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) has closed the northbound lanes of Second Street between Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Liberty Street for the emergency repair of a sewer line running beneath the pavement on Second Street. Currently, only one west bound lane of Muhammad Ali is open. There is no estimate on how long this repair will take.

Please note:

Traffic signals are not functioning at the intersection of Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Liberty Street
