On Monday, Sept. 24, post AM rush, MSD will be closing three lanes on Muhammad Ali Blvd. between 5th Street and 6th Street to repair a pipe that is in danger of an imminent cave in. The south parking lane will be used as a through travel lane. The duration of the closure is undetermined at this time.
