Downtown Louisville Kentucky has more tree-lined streets and lovely green spaces both large and small than many if not most comparable mid-sized cities. We are not only known for our great green spaces developed by the Waterfront but also our Olmstead parks systems and the many micro parks inspired by our very tree-friendly community. Downtown Louisville is also home to some pretty spectacular gyms and on-site fitness centers at our many Downtown living spaces, hotels, and even Wel at Humana which is open to the public. Whether you prefer to get a stretch in, or a sweat on, outside, or on rubber mats, Downtown Louisville has something for every body type at every stage of fitness and health.
