Access Services: Accessible Seating – a limited number of reserved seats are available inside The Kentucky Center. No reserved seating is available on the Belvedere lawn. Please contact us with any questions at (502) 584-7777.

Thunder at the Center returns! Enjoy the excitement and spectacle of Thunder Over Louisville from the comfort of The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. Make The Kentucky Center your home base for the day while you take in all the action. In addition to incredible views from all three levels of The Kentucky Center building, families will appreciate convenient access to The Center’s restrooms, activities for the kids, and food service and concessions without waiting in long lines. There will be multiple bars available where adults can enjoy a variety of beer, wine options, and specialty cocktails.

Parking

There are two options for parking in The Kentucky Center Garage:

1) Prepaid parking- CLICK HERE to reserve your spot. The cost for prepaid parking is $21.

2) Parking day of the event-First come, first served. The cost for parking day of the event is $20.

The Kentucky Center Parking Garage will open at 9:00 AM.

Please visit thunderoverlouisville.org for further information on public parking spaces within walking distance of the river.

Pegasus Pins

Pegasus Pins give you access to the Meijer Family Fun Zone, also located on the Belvedere. Pegasus Pins can be purchased through KPA in advance with ticket purchase, or at the box office during the event. Pegasus Pins are $6 in advance

What Can I Bring?

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Weapons of any kind, coolers, canopies, umbrellas, drones, pets (except service animals), outside alcohol, food, and drink cannot be brought inside The Kentucky Center nor be taken to the Belvedere.

ALLOWED ITEMS: Chairs and blankets are allowed but must be setup outside. First come, first served.

Strollers are allowed.

The Kentucky Center will provide seating in the lobbies and on the North Terrace of the Belvedere (concrete area).

How Do I Enter?

The following entrances will be open:

– The front doors at the top of the stairs (Main Street side)

– The Street Lobby (located next to the front stairs, Main Street side)

– The double elevators or stairs from The Kentucky Center Parking Garage

COVID Policy
