This March, Melanin Art Series wants to celebrate the lives of those who have crossed over with our first ever “Missing You” tribute portrait series. We could not do such a special series without shining a light on Louisville’s own, Breonna Taylor. This event will take place March 12th, just one day shy of the 2 year anniverary of the tragic event that made Breonna a household name. We intend to keep her name and memory alive while celebrating her life with a beautiful portrait that will be gifted to her mother, Ms.Tamika Palmer.
