Begins May 9 - Farmer’s Market at Fourth Street Live!

Downtown workers will be able to pick up fresh veggies and other options this summer during their lunch hour. Fourth Street Live is bringing a farmers market to Downtown Louisville, beginning Wednesday, May 9. The market will be held every Wednesday until Oct. 31. The market hours will be during lunch time – from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Farmers and vendors will set up their booths along the street, offering produce, meat, cut flowers and other products from Kentucky. Fourth Street Live is offering free parking at the Fourth Street Live parking garage on Fifth Street during the market’s hours.

Downtown Louisville currently has no other farmer’s markets as the next closest is in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood, at 1007 E. Jefferson St. Additionally, the Logan Street Market, a 25,000 sq ft market, is expected to open in September in the Shelby Park neighborhood, at East Shelby and Logan Streets and will offer food, produce and retail stalls, a beer garden and an event stage.
