Downtown 502 Living The Downtown Living Showcase

The Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) will hold the annual Downtown Living Showcase this summer, The experience will showcase multiple residential properties for rent, including condos, apartments, and lofts. Free virtual tours and some in-person tours at participating locations will be available. Available during the event and every day please enjoy free metered on-street parking starting at 6 pm at all of our Downtown resident locations.

The Downtown Living Showcase will feature all of Downtown Louisville's newest residential locations. Check out a virtual tour or stop in for a viewing.

Units on the tour range from $645 a month for a cozy space to $3,600 a month, for a high-rise location with resort features.

According to the most recent Census Bureau data, more Americans are moving to cities, reversing the decades-long trend of migration to the suburbs.

Currently there are around 2,580 residential units in the Downtown market. By next year, that number is expected to rise 27 percent, to 3,275 units. The Downtown population is 4,668, and that number is expected to increase by 10 percent, to 5,146, by 2021.
