Bourbon can be enjoyed in many forms -- including in great food.
So as part of this downtown, lunch-time food-truck round-up, the following food trucks will offer special eats made with Maker's Mark bourbon, on top of their already delicious menus: Get It On A Bun At Booty's (last year's winner!), Louisville Dessert Truck, Red Top Gourmet Hot Dogs, Louisville Sushi Truck and SnoWhat Snoballs. Crosley Radio will have its Crosley Cruiser mobile record store truck providing tunes, and Magnolia Photo Booth Co. will have its Photo Booth Van for some quick pics as well.
This event is chock full of all the fun that you can have on four parked wheels!
The trucks will be lined up along South Fourth Street, between West Chestnut Street and Guthrie Street, from 11 to 1:30 p.m. This is in the heart of the Sou4th historic district.
Samples of the bourbon-y eats will be available for $2 at each truck, which means you can peruse several of the trucks. Plus you can vote on your favorite bourbon eats, with the winning truck getting a prize pack. We'll also pull from the entries, and give one person who casted a vote in this contest a prize pack as well!
ADMISSION: Free. Guests are responsible for paying for their food.
